Subject: Major Shortage of IQD

A major disruption has occurred on the borders of Iraq not allowing the Iraqi Dinar to leave the country.  The result of this will be higher prices in the marketplace (which could be very volatile) effective immediately.  Uncirculated dinar is almost impossible to obtain anymore.  We are suggesting to our customers to buy Circulated or whatever we can get our hands on.  Remember, it’s all currency and can be exchanged at any time.  Being the World Leader in this space our resources are far more vast and our relationships more deep than anyone in our industry.

Please call with any questions, however, please know this will be a challenging obstacle for the foreseeable future.

Thank You,

Why Trump must make a surprise visit to Iraq on his first foreign trip

Middle East peace is one of Trump's loftier goals and an unscheduled visit to Iraq would benefit him greatly. (AP Photo/Alex Brandon)

Foreign trips for any president are an ego boost of the highest magnitude: red carpet arrival with bands playing music, troop reviews, and official dinners in your honor hosted in some of the most opulent palaces in the world. For President Trump, the stakes are high. With poll numbers at historic lows and controversies surrounding his presidency, Trump desperately needs to change the news narrative, at least for a few days. And what better way to do that than to embark on your first foreign trip as president.
The president can't get out of town fast enough. When Air Force One went wheels up from Joint Base Andrews on Friday, one can imagine the president felt a sense of relief as Washington quickly disappeared beneath him. Air Force One, at least for now, will be his safe zone.
When I recently asked a friend how he could log so many hours on Air Force One during the Clinton administration, he had an easy answer: the Lewinsky scandal! At a time when Clinton faced troubles at home, the best way to temporarily escape his troubles was to board the presidential aircraft and fly abroad.
But more than the comforts of Air Force One and the emotional shelter it provides to a president in turmoil, Trump will need to not only dominate the headlines over the next several days, he'll need to own them. And he can do that by making an unscheduled visit to Iraq.
From Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, it's a short flight. I know this because from 2008-2010, I traveled to Iraq 14 times as a civilian member of a special Department of Defense task force in charge of economic development and rebuilding as part of General David Petraeus' counter-insurgency strategy.
Foreign trips are always full of surprises, and this would certainly be one of them. Just last month, Trump sent his son-in-law and senior advisor Jared Kushner to Iraq to meet with United States military officials and to receive an on-the-ground update on counter-Islamic State operations.
Middle East peace is one of Trump's loftier goals and an unscheduled visit to Iraq would benefit him greatly. Nothing speaks louder than a presidential visit to reaffirm U.S. commitment to the government of Iraq as well as the U.S. forces stationed there.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. And nothing illustrates that better than Air Force One on the tarmac at Baghdad International Airport.

Word on the Street Saturday 5/20/17:

TNT CONFERENCE CALL FRIDAY 5/19/17 DC NY CALL RECAP:
Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic Family. Today is Fantabulous Friday. This should be our last call like this, and don't think we will have another one like this on Monday. We may not have another opportunity like this. Ready to get the information, and on the next call hopefully we will look for the 800 numbers. Lets get into todays information. Yes in case you don't know I am celebrating my Birthday today. Expectations and things that we heard, todays tweet pretty much said it . What is next to actually materialize compared to what we are actually expecting today. Earlier we reported full liberation of Mosul between 15-19 of May and have not gotten the full liberation of Mosul yet. Districts are being liberated. It was 11 and now 9 districts. Some full of ISIS and don't know how may districts are left and liberated. Hoperfully thoughout the day more info will come that they want released to the public. The public side and the private side and we are talking about the public side to satisfy the majortiy of us. Thats where we are for districts. Abadi put out after the announcement of the liberation and then there would be a big celebration, and what it would be about. Liberation? Liberation and full reconciliation, economic reform. RV, lower denoms. If could be a celebration for everything and celebrations are set to tomorrow for something. Even though we dont have the public announcement. Info circulatiing 6 am this morning press covering the Mosque. Could it be all was on target and then a change. I don't know, and we await the info. We have info coming from districts, mosques and still awaiting further confirmations and which mosque they are and what role they play in the grand scheme of things. All kinds of progress. CBI is not replenishing currency to the dealers. I need a good confirmations on that and all lining up. Maybe before the sun goes down we will hear something. Hearing lower denoms coming from the ATM machine, and what is expected but not confirmed. Told to be on the lookout for that along with confirmation on other things. Banking community they are still right there with us with high expectations and got some info that we are still received data on. I will share with you. If this materializes some of you will panic if there is a major shake up in the banking process. We are aware and on top of us and we will bring it to you. It is nothing to worry about. Q & A: Q; Ray we decided we would not leave currency at a bank to have our money to send it out for confirmation. They should put that in writing. Ray: Yes. Q: Are you still hearing they are still removing 3 digits. Ray Yes: Q: Do yo think they will be exchanging 500 million Zimbabwe notes? Ray: I sure hope so, since quite a few of you have it. Q: Any news about Trump meeting with Iraq officials. Ray: No news on that yet. Callers: Caller: It seems it is probably the last call. Where you are broke busted or disgusted so thank you for everything. Ray: Ok Thank you. Caller: Catnip like the comment about lower denoms starting tomorrow. Do they have regular banking hours or 24-7? Ray: Right now people are not getting lower denoms yet. For now it remains a mystery and supposed to start on Saturday. Catnip: After midnight could they get lower denoms? Ray Yes Catnip: A lot of folks hold a variety of currencies and start thinking about exchanging and holding some for it to rise later. Is it safe for them to do this? Will we be penalized if we do that in phases? Ray: I don't think that is possible. Volume will be larger but activity will be the same. You should digitize it and can make your money work faster. That is better that just holding it and looking at it. Catnip: Just making sure we will not be penalized on this. TY and Vegas, Vegas, Vegas. Caller: Remember Iraq CBI got rid of the 50 dinar note?  I was the one that brought that out. There appears to be way to much dinar out there to exchange and only 40 billion exchanged in GDP. There is no way a country could come up with that kind of money. Now 88 trillion dinar in the world. 2000 Iraq dinar to every Kuwait dinar. Ray: What is your solution? Caller: Go to digital and delete the zeros, and to do that they have to take off 3 zeros and redenomination. Ray: Doesn't sound like your solution is an answer for all of us. There is a solution for all of us, but you just have to find it. This is a wait and see ride. Caller: 410 Seems like we are on a cusp of this, and is there a date you are hearing from sources? Ray: No I don't have a new back wall date yet, and everything is focused on this weekend going into next week. Ray: How long can it take for 4.6 miles piece of land to be liberated in Mousl? They are still patiently waiting. Caller:415 Follow up on POD's (Paid on Death) I need to provide their license, ss, mother maiden name. It is insured for $250K for each person and can have an additional $250K that would be insured. Ray: That is good. Caller: In your opening statement if you answered the question. What is meant to materialize? A Public announcement and did I miss something. Ray: I don't know what is left and we were waiting for this announcement, and the day is not over. Waiting for lower denoms to be released tomorrow. Caller: Ray: The best of us are waiting for the day to spring into action and others having a plan of action, and just waiting for the day. I want to get off this ride and get on to the next one. Callers: On the Zim talking about dropping 6 zeros. Ray: I don't have any official info pertaining to it. Caller: Tish: There is so much good news and even a CNBC report on Iraq's politics. When do we ever see that. Rays Wrap Up: I am feeling real good where we are and only stretch this out so long. Full liberation and reconciliation is coming.. Celebrations we will find out what they are about and maybe a prerequisite. Looking for release of lower denoms and tell tale sign and have citizens confirming lower prices. Promised of purchasing power continuing. Until then all I can do is share what I receive. When you see it in print you can believe it, and all we can do in the meantime and in between time is wait. When it finally arrives can you say you are really ready? Lets see what happens and until the RV announcment comes. Enjoy your weekend everyone. I will enjoy mine cause I believe. It is already done! Rayren98

Iraq's population growth of about 3 percent a year has spurred economists and experts to call for the creation of a sovereign fund. Economic researcher Ayah Adel stressed that "Iraq needs to accelerate the establishment of the sovereign fund because this investment savings will be for future generations."
The sovereign fund is often government and in the form of bonds and investments in real estate, companies or banks. The diversification of investments is likely to be outside the borders of the country and in advanced capitalist countries, especially if the fund owner is a developing country.
Adel stressed the «need of Iraq's rent and monolithic finance, to the funds that contribute to the sustainability of funding for infrastructure projects through the sovereign fund, which plays a pivotal role in reducing the repercussions of falling oil prices on the budget».
And considered that the possession of Iraq such a fund «will eliminate the need for external borrowing and support of donor countries and global monetary institutions».
Iraq's population is growing by about 6.2 percent per year, which means that services must be strengthened and financial allocations increased, commensurate with the size of population growth.
"The obstacles facing the establishment of this fund, namely the identification of the entity that manages it, the selection of its assets from bonds and investments,

By 0630 GMT, the benchmark Brent crude was up 28 cents, or 0.5 percent, at $ 52.79 a barrel. Crude was up earlier to its highest level since April 21 and heading for its second straight weekly gain of nearly 4 percent.

Since the beginning of March, crude prices have fluctuated between more than $ 56 to less than $ 47 a barrel as market participants have split over the impact of increased US production in return for production cuts initiated by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and some outside producers, including Russia .
But market watchers are increasingly confident that OPEC, Russia and other top producers will extend a cut production agreement to around 1.8 million bpd by the end of March 2018. US producers are not involved in any production cuts.

France and Germany reject a plan to strengthen the role of NATO against a supporter
19-05-2017 01:06 PM
The Euphrates -
France and Germany have rejected a plan put forward by US officials, in which NATO plays a bigger role in fighting a militant organization, Reuters news agency quoted NATO diplomats as saying.

The plan comes within the framework of calls by US President Donald Trump to the Alliance to make more efforts to fight terrorism and fight a preacher in Syria and Iraq.

Many NATO members hope to announce the plan in Brussels on Thursday, when Trump is attending the first NATO summit since taking office, but allies involved in the discussions said Germany and France had concerns about the plan. These concerns include the possibility that NATO will be involved in a costly combat mission similar to what happened in Afghanistan, provoke Arab resentment or risk confrontation with Russia in Syria.

A senior European diplomat in NATO said France and Germany were unconvinced.

French and German officials declined to comment on the agency's report, but German Chancellor Angela Merkel during a meeting with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg last week left the possibility of NATO joining the coalition as open, while the French and German sides ruled out any combat role for the alliance in Syria and Iraq. However, General Peter Pavel, head of the military commission of the alliance, said that 'military commanders favor this step'.

Diplomats said it would have to use the alliance for its reconnaissance planes over Syria and to conduct operations to command, control and equip the aircraft with fuel in the air.

"If the allies can be persuaded that it is only a symbolic step, it will be possible to conclude an agreement," said another NATO diplomat. "Trump will return to his homeland with the message that NATO will join the international coalition at a time when NATO will not have to do any additional work at least At the current stage.

One of the reasons for the widespread reluctance among European allies stems from the long-term mission of the alliance in Afghanistan and handing over to a task the United States began to fight militants in 2003 after the attacks in New York and Washington in 2001.

But a bigger role in Iraq and Syria would also address concerns expressed by NATO member states such as Spain, Italy and Portugal that the alliance lacked a strategy to deal with the root causes of the crisis of migrants and refugees

5-20-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98   At 6am this morning, even the press were at the mosques, which is not the normal situation.  Could it be everything was on target to the last minute and then there was a shift or change?  I don’t know.   The CBI is not replenishing currency to the dealers, although we are still checking on that.  It’s all lining up, even though we don’t have the smoking gun to say it’s all actual and factual.   Citizens are still reporting lower prices in Iraq...  Full liberation and reconciliation are coming, eventually.  We didn’t get the announcement this morning we expected;  they are getting ready to celebrate tomorrow [Saturday], and we’ll see if it is for what we’re looking for.  I’m feeling really good with what’s going on. They can only stretch this thing out so long, not that they are doing it TO us, but for their own reasons.  In the meantime, all we can do is hold on, knowing the day you are seeking is coming, and we are really ready.   [post 2 of 2]

5-20-2017   Intel Guru RayRen98    Earlier, we were hearing an expectation of the full liberation of Mosul being announced officially by the 19th...   Up until now, we have heard of districts being liberated in the old city of Mosul.  Earlier in the week, we heard about nine districts being left, then five, and right now I don’t know how many are left to be liberated, if any.  PM Abadi had put out that there would be a big celebration after the announcement, and of course what that celebration is about is subject to interpretation – liberation, economic reform, reconciliation, revaluation of the currency, the use of lower denominations and fils.  That remains to be seen, but there seem to be preparations for that celebration tomorrow [Saturday].  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

5-19-2017 Newshound Guru Adam Montana I'm watching this OPEC situation like a HAWK... this is getting serious! We all view the word "soon" with a bit of disdain, but it's starting to taste a little better every day. This rolled across my desk bright and early this morning: "Optimism ahead of OPEC meeting drives U.S. crude oil back above $50" But the real reason for this post is to clarify the next OPEC meeting date. I was mistaken earlier this week, the meeting is not on the 27th... it's on the 25th. Ramadan starts on the 26th.Could the 25th or 26th be our day? It's possible, if Iraq is given a clear exemption from the OPEC oil production deal (the same deal that Russia and Saudi Arabia have already agreed to).

5-19-2017 Newshound Guru FrostyTheSnowman
"Ready. Fire. Aim." If you're in sales, you've probably heard of the "ready, fire, aim" technique. Advocates of this technique argue that they would rather "DO SOMETHING" (and possibly risk getting it wrong) vs. "DOING NOTHING" (and missing out on golden opportunities). IMO...it's time for "ready, fire, aim." While Iraq may not score a perfect, dead-center, bulls-eye...I don't think the PTB will allow Iraq to miss the target. Keep in mind...we probably won't SEE the arrow in mid-flight...especially if it happens in the "still-of-the-night." Chances are, we'll just HEAR the sound of the arrow piercing the target when the number lands on the CBI's website.
5-19-2017   Intel Guru Frank26   In the history of the WB and the IMF Family...they have never asked any country to do their Financial Reform...but they sure did tell Iraq to do theirs didn’t they...because of the pressure from the President of the US IMO.  Give me one nation where the WB and the IMF DEMANDS that nation to raise the value of their currency...the tapestry is weaving a beautiful picture isn’t it.  Mosul was used as an excuse and it worked...and May 17th sticks in my soul... maybe an announcement of the liberation of Mosul.  By the way...SUNDAY....any given SUNDAY is also deep in my soul.

5-19-2017   Newshound Guru Aggiedad77  Article  "Infallible calls to give the private sector an opportunity to contribute to the development of the Iraqi economy"   Those changes in patterns that make you put your finger to your temple and say...hmmmmm...Masum is not known to have meetings like this...at his residence in Amman, Jordan no less...he knows what is coming... encouraging them that Iraq has opportunities ripe to be developed...so much in the way of reconstruction...he's wooing these investors to Iraq's doors...he's telling them...just as Abadi has stated this..."come on in"...don't be disappointed ...instead look to what will be...keep in mind too that war is never a precise thing to call "over" and if Abadi's prediction slips by a few hours or days...so be it...you know as well as I do...the end is upon us...it is near at hand...the real work is about to commence...the BEST is coming...IMO.
5-19-2017   Newshound/Intel Guru BGG   I am very excited about the current state of things. I am very excited about the next short time frame... I think we are in an incredible window of time right now...and I do feel - if things advance as they have been - we could be very, very close. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but legitimately CLOSE. Unlike ever before.  (keep in mind - we have been close before - the CBI had planned on 2013? sometime and put it off). According to the SIGR Report.  We are close.  REAL CLOSE5-18-2017

2017/5/20 11:29

[Ayna-Baghdad]
The head of the House of Representatives, Salim Jubouri, said that the terrorist bombings in Baghdad and before Basra province yesterday, "targeting the unity of the country," noting that "Iraqis are not ready to bring peace to each other."
wo car bombs exploded overnight near security control at the entrance to the Abu Dshir area south of Baghdad, and exploded in a similar location north of the province of Basra on Friday, killing 24 people and wounding about 50 others.
"The enemy seeks to break up the national unity and tear apart the unity of the country, as happened in yesterday's bombings in Basra and Baghdad," al-Jubouri said in a speech at a conference organized by the UN mission in Iraq on Saturday. Continue to urge in its policy to confuse us and fuel suspicions between us and portable ignited the fire of strife that our great people are frustrated every time. "
He added that "the Iraqis are not ready to take arms on each other they never did so in the past and what was the war during the days of sectarian escalation was between groups that were targeting citizens from one side or another attempt to mobilize and mobilize the street in favor of agendas and ideas and ambitions of terrorism and political, But we seek to achieve coexistence, which means acceptance, understanding, integration and love of diversity, which produces faith in the other and existence and accept his idea.
"There has been a lot of talk recently about the project of national interests in Iraq and we continue to note that the project needs to progress more in the applied field field effectively and real."
He explained that "the reconciliation project is still in the stage of theorization, promotion and marketing media, which is good but does not correspond to the need for actual and urgent and necessary and not with the time left to us, especially as we overgrow the time and enemy in his dangerous schemes."
He added that "the qualitative effort provided by these workshops during this short period constitutes an important link in the series of efforts to achieve the project of national reconciliation and consolidation of coexistence among the Iraqi people, especially that the body has a history of long and successful and professional experiences in these sensitive tasks."
"The United Nations organizations and their work in the conflict zones of the world and at all levels of humanity have been able to achieve successive successes and seize many opportunities to consolidate civil peace in these areas. Today, we stand with the Iraqis by performing their humanitarian missions to help them out. Of the crisis with minimal losses. "
"There is no doubt that young people are the cornerstone of the success of the national reconciliation project because they have the tools that empower them to this important role, they are the current leaders and not the future, as some are trying to promote."
"The young people are the makers of hope and life and they have to rely on God to build the present of Iraq's future without relying on or relying on the failed projects that destroyed Iraq over the past years and gave corruption space opportunity to strip the country of its goods and the displacement of scientists and intellectuals, intellectuals, artists and writers."
"If you do not believe, young people and intellectuals, that you are the real leaders, and that your role is not waiting to wait, but grabs a snatch, Iraq will remain in a cycle of repetition and failure consumed by the fires of terrorism and corruption." The project of peaceful coexistence we seek does not mean we want to achieve The security ladder, as it is an inevitable result and realistic without effort or planning. "
"I would like to reiterate my thanks to the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) for its good efforts to stand with us, specifically for the establishment of these effective workshops and the valuable and thanks to the Iraqi Hope Society and the National Reconciliation Committee of the Council of Ministers for this good and kind effort. In achieving the essence of the file of national reconciliation and God will help you to work and sponsors you. "

School: Efforts must be made to strengthen national cohesion and overcome sectarian and ethnic fanaticism

Karbala - May 19: The religious authority, Muhammad Taqi al-Mudari, said Friday in his weekly statement issued by his office in Karbala that "centuries of underdevelopment and accumulation of crises have caused deep divisions in our Islamic societies and in Iraq in particular. More effort to restore social cohesion to our homeland and to establish effective political institutions that transcend sectarianism, sectarianism, ethnicity and all the cracks. "
"Today, we are living an exceptional circumstance in the face of the aggression of terrorism, which has not excluded anyone. It has caused tremendous damage not only to the economy, but also to the social structure. Democracy is a solid building with deep roots in society and losing these roots will turn democracy into a despicable dictatorship. We argue in the skin of the bear before we hunt it. Some people, unfortunately, argue about future things that are not over yet. "
He added that "the armed forces and the popular crowd are fighting for the unity of the country and for the future of their children and the sons of our Iraqi people and they are more committed to the laws and discipline and cohesion with the components of different people and must be a weapon of security and a means to maintain the law and otherwise the country will be on the palm The occasion of the holy month of Ramadan is an opportunity for all of us to repent to God, to review ourselves, to criticize ourselves, to hold them accountable and to change their path to serve others. Thus, we all have the broad mercy of God and overcome all obstacles to the progress of our country. The dignity and the proper living of our peoples and God is the beneficiary.
