Good afternoon TNT Superfantastic family. Today is Magnificent Monday. If not for the last time on the public release side of the RV, I have a feeling we are Super Super close. I am feeling good today, and we have multiple reasons to be happy today. To recap across the pond since Friday, we didn't get the full public release but everything leading up to it. The info was good that something good is going to happen and should be today. Everyday this week should be good based on the Information. Anticipation of announcments to be made, Abadi sent out a tweet about the liberation of western Mosul in the past tense. He talked in the past tense of Mosul being liberated and economic reforms. On Saturday 5 districts left and all goals accomplished. Later in the day 4 districts with less than 50% ISIS occupation with the understanding of Mosul being liberated. Then we heard CBI discontinued uncirculated dinar outside of the country. This was targeted at 3 zero notes. Lower denoms and fils expected to flow on Sunday. Main thing about my contacts in Iraq, we have 2 phases of intel contacts. One phase gives me assurance that this is real and going to happen, and then they do materialize. The other phase gives me the reality. Phase A it is coming and B yes it took place it happened and a good balance of intel. Banks Lower denoms expected to flow on Sunday and no reference came out. We have right up through today, 97% of Mosul is liberated public information. Bringing people and coming back in to Mosul by the truck loads, so apparently there is no threat now there. Rafidain Bank has an article about issuing bills for citizens and saying right now get it done and into their accounts. Could this be the lower denoms. Over here we have credit cards debit cards, why do we need ATMs to have loose cash on hand. In hours in Iraq, debit cards and credit cards payments being made and why have ATMs? Bank articles issuing bills to the citizens, and I believe it is this week sometimes. I believe lower denoms came out yesterday, and gradually disperse thoughout the week and wrap up Friday night Saturday morning just before Ramadan. I will get updated into probably after the call. Iraq is undervalued, booming, and about to win the war against ISIS. Here is the bullish scenario for investors.
Iraq is considered to have the world’s second largest proven oil reserves with 140 billion barrels. That said, it could be much higher as much of the data is 2-D seismic and predates the 2001 Gulf War.
Right now, Iraq's assets are severely undervalued for two reasons: the low oil price and the war with ISIS. Both of those factors are changing.

The Committee "money" parliamentary, Monday, the possibility of canceling deductions from salaries of employees next year.
MP Majida al-Tamimi, in a statement received by the Journal News, said that she called on Prime Minister Haider Abadi to cancel the financial deductions from salaries of state employees and rely on other alternatives, indicating that "the alternatives are state property, taxes and customs."
The statement quoted Tamimi as saying: "The issue of canceling these deductions from the salaries of employees can not be made this year because it entered within the articles of the state budget and was relied upon as public financial revenues."
The economic legislator, suggested the possibility of canceling the deductions mentioned next year, "if it was worked on in parliament and lifted from the articles of the general budget of the state," as described.

5-22-2017 Intel Guru RayRen98 The CBI and dealers started putting up notices that no dinar is leaving the country, mainly aimed at three zero notes. Fils and lower denominations were supposed to flow on Sunday. Did the lower denominations comes out? My best info tells me that lower denoms did come out in some provinces yesterday, but the plan is for them to gradually disperse throughout the week, wrapping up this coming weekend, at the edge of Ramadan. We have every expectation of this wrapping up by Ramadan, although I don’t have anything about being in the bank before Ramadan. Meanwhile we wait for the light to go green... I have the feeling we are super-super-close. [post 2 of 2]

I fully expect the GOI once again then to give the CBI the “green light” to go ahead to continue the “project to delete the zeros”. We all should know the process going forward once this occurs. The slow rolling out of the lower denominations as the initial rate change (or revaluation) occurs. I fully believe this initial rate will be just around 1:1 with the US dollar. This will then be lead to another more significant rate revaluation later. I do not believe it will take very long to get to this stage. I...have heard the ATM machines are loaded now with the new lower denominations. We don’t know which denominations at this time. The machines are not active as of yet. So this is a very good sign. This is actually a really good article because they state very clearly that under the current conditions they cannot float the dinar...and only once the market economy begins can they do so. So we continue to wait for Iraq to set the stage for investment. Pass the needed laws, get the dinar in compliance with the IMF, etc. to move to Article VIII. Only then will we see the dinar float and rise based on market forces. I am hopeful that yet this year we can see that happen.

UNICEF warns of the loss of a full generation of Iraqi children
NEW YORK, May 22 (Reuters) - UNICEF warned on Monday that 3.5 million Iraqis were at risk of being recruited by armed groups because of their lack of education, causing the loss of a whole generation of children, noting that it appealed to donors to donate 32 million dollars Million dollars to fund its programs in support of education in Iraq during 2017, but received only half the funding required.
"Millions of Iraqi children lack education, which makes them vulnerable to recruitment by armed groups," the UN agency said in a statement. "Iraq's future and economic security and prosperity depend on increasing investment in education today."
"Although investing in the education sector in Iraq is expensive, not doing so will cost the nation much more in the future," she said.
"In the study of the" cost and benefits of education in Iraq "launched by the Iraqi Ministry of Education today with the support of UNICEF, the economic losses due to the great waste of money due to school dropout costs in the 2014-2015 school year were estimated at about $ 1 billion.
UNICEF warned that "the scarcity of investment and resources in education threatens the future of millions of Iraqi children, as 3.5 million Iraqi school-age children lack access to education, meaning they are more vulnerable to early marriage, child labor and recruitment by armed groups."
She pointed out that "half of the school buildings in Iraq need urgent reforms, noting that as children drop out of school, others drop in their school stages, noting that the low rates of educational achievement of children today means low-paying jobs in the future.
"Children in Iraq are suffering from periods of protracted conflict and without equal access to quality education, children are at risk and we are talking about the loss of a whole generation of children," said Gert Kabillieri, UNICEF regional director for the Middle East and North Africa.
"Investment in education fulfills a basic human right for every girl and child and is essential for the development and advancement of the country and is the best possible remedy against extremism."
A UNICEF report on "Child Poverty in Iraq" noted that one in five poor children had dropped out of school before completing primary school for economic reasons.
Children are the most affected by the continuing conflict and displacement in Iraq, where about 40 percent of displaced families suffer from poverty and about half of displaced children in Iraq are out of school. Children living in areas severely affected by violence in Iraq and more than Ninety percent of them do not attend school.
"All Iraqi children must have the resources they need to achieve their educational potential, whether it means new classrooms, accelerated education programs, skilled teachers or school supplies," says Capillieri.
UNICEF appealed to donors to donate $ 32 million to fund its education support programs in Iraq in 2017, but received only half the funding required. Finished

Excerpts from 5-22-2017 meeting of UN Secretary Council
Comments from Jan Kubis:
JÁN KUBIŠ, Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI), said the days of the caliphate of Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/Da’esh) were “numbered” and the liberation of Mosul was imminent. The recent Ministerial Plenary for the Global Coalition Working to Defeat ISIS, held in Washington, D.C., in March, had been a reminder of the need for a dual focus on defeating Da’esh while working towards post-conflict security in Iraq. Calling for international support in that regard, he also recalled that the Secretary-General had recently received the long-awaited submission of the Iraqi Forces Coalition’s vision on a national settlement and that a recent Turkmen Forum held in Baghdad on 16 and 17 May had served as an inclusive forum for the sharing of visions of how to rebuild the country.
UNAMI continued to operate on the basis of a number of key principles, including respect for the Constitution, equal participation in the political process and rejection of terrorism and sectarianism, he said. National reconciliation could only succeed if it reflected the aspirations of the population, including women and youth, he said, adding that the imminent defeat of Da’esh must also provide an urgent impetus to address the needs of minorities, especially their ability to return to their homes. Indeed, the return of all internally displaced persons to areas liberated from Da’esh must be a top priority, he emphasized, expressing concern at continuing delays. Another major concern were growing allegations of disappearances in Anbar Province and elsewhere, which remained unresolved.
Urging Baghdad and Erbil to leverage their joint efforts against Da’esh and to address such issues as border disputes and building a “functional federation” based on partnership, he noted that senior officials in Kurdistan had recently announced their intention to hold a referendum on the region’s future later in 2017. They had indicated that their aim was to “show the world the will of the people” on the status of Kurdistan, rather than assert independence immediately, he noted. Meanwhile, Turkey’s Armed Forces maintained their relentless air attacks against PKK fighters, he said, citing Ankara’s declarations that they would continue in order to deny sanctuary to the PKK. The Prime Minster had deplored the attack, he added.
Noting that the overall rule of law remained weak, he said kidnapping was becoming an increasing problem, recalling that the National Intelligence Cell had met on 11 May to discuss the link between terrorism and organized crime, including kidnapping. The international community must vigorously pursue accountability for crimes committed by Da’esh in Iraq, he said. As for elections scheduled in 2017 and 2018, he said the elections for a new Parliament in April 2018 would be particularly important as a precursor of new Government structure.
Meanwhile, the issue of internally displaced persons remained critical, with some 700,000 people having fled their homes since mid-October, he noted. Hundreds of thousands of others remained in ISIL-controlled areas, suffering lack of food and water and often finding themselves caught in crossfire. He concluded by reporting on his recent visit to Kuwait, saying he had met with officials there on the issue of missing Kuwaiti nationals and property. They had voiced concern about the lack of progress on the ground, he said, urging the Government of Iraq promptly to fulfil its obligations under that file.
Comments from Iraq representative:
MOHAMMED SAHIB MEJID MARZOOQ (Iraq) said that, despite tight finances due to lower oil prices, his country had a comprehensive economic, social and security vision for the future. It included, among other things, restoring stability, security and basic services while enabling internally displaced persons to return to their homes. Respect for different religious, sectarian and ideological backgrounds formed the basis for reconciliation, he said, saying terrorist cells must never be allowed to re-emerge. Good neighbourly relations with other countries in the region was important as well, he said, emphasizing also the need to fight corruption and for State institutions not to become playgrounds for political intervention.
He said the Government acknowledged the sacrifices made by the army, local police, Peshmerga and tribal forces, with international coalition assistance, that had recovered most of Mosul while making the protection of civilians a priority. Various authorities in liberated areas were now working on a return to normalcy, including demining efforts, to allow internally displaced persons to return. He said Iraq called on the international community to participate in reconstruction and rehabilitation efforts, adding that the Government understood the nexus between sustainable development, peace and security with a goal to achieving the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
He went on to say that, on 25 April, Turkish forces — in clear and flagrant violation of Iraq’s sovereignty and good neighbourliness — violated Iraqi airspace and territory when they dropped more than 20 bombs in the north of his country, killing and wounding Peshmerga combatants. Iraq requested that the Council shoulder its legal and ethical responsibilities to prevent a recurrence of such violations and demand that Turkey withdraw its forces from Iraqi territory. In the same vein, he said Iraq urged other countries to develop strict legal norms to combat foreign terrorist fighters. He added that Iraq was studying different options in the global campaign to bring Da’esh to justice, including those concerning the gathering of evidence, without prejudice to the sovereignty and jurisdiction of its judiciary.
Turning to internally displaced persons, he said Iraq valued the efforts of UNAMI and other United Nations agencies and encouraged States to assist. The Iraqi Government was working to enhance its relation with Arab brotherly States, including the Syrian Government. It was committed as well to pursuing efforts with regard to missing Kuwaiti national archives and to pursue excavations for missing Kuwaiti nationals, based on new information from witnesses and documents.
