Iraqi is one of the largest experts in the manufacture of drones, among them the ones that assassinated the engineer and Suleimani

Foreign media revealed that the inventor of the MQ-9 hijacking plane that assassinated the Iranian general, Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani and deputy head of the Popular Mobilization Committee, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, is an American of Iraqi origin called Karim Ibrahim, born in Baghdad in 1937.
He is the founding father of UAV technology and the designer of the Dora crown, the US Predator.
Aviation engineer inventor Ibrahim Karim was born in Baghdad in 1937 to Iraqi Jewish parents who moved with his family to Israel in 1951, since his early childhood he possessed an innate talent and an obsession with aircraft design.
At the age of 14 he began designing and building the first prototype of a plane, and in his youth he entered the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) the Aeronautical Engineering Department and then completed the construction of the first real unmanned aircraft for the Israeli Air Force during the 1973 or October war or Yom Kippur with the Arabs used For military purposes.
Later he moved to the United States of America and founded a small company in his home to make aircraft. He built an Albatross Albatros plane and developed it to Amber to end up making the most famous unmanned aerial vehicle in the world, Predator MQ-1, which later made 8,000 copies. After the bankruptcy of his small company, the giant company "General Atomics" in the arms industry bought the project and worked with Ibrahim and his team to develop it
Since then, the Predator has been used for espionage purposes only until October 7, 2001. This date changed the course of events, so the drone turned into a bombarder after launching the first missile in Afghanistan to become the highest weapon in the number of assassinations of leaders of terrorist groups around the world.
Nowadays, drones have become an integral part of military operations with armies and in the future basic structures and the backbone of air forces in modern armies.
Today Abraham Kareem, who named (dronefather or father of the drones) owns his own company (Karem Aircraft) that specializes in Drones technology where he designed and produced the Hemingbird A160 for Boeing and is currently working with his team with the US Department of Defense to produce a helicopter with takeoff and vertical landing for non-transport Manned and introduced a new generation of this technology.

However, no casualties were reported from the attack.

The international coalition against ISIS stops training and supporting the Iraqi army

Amid chaos and debate, the Iraqi parliament approves a proposal to end the American presence
The Iraqi parliament decided on Sunday to end the security agreement with the international coalition against (ISIS), despite the absence of Sunni and Kurdish blocs, and voted on a resolution calling on the government to end the presence of foreign forces in the country, and not to use Iraqi lands or airspace for any reason.
The resolution voted by Parliament made clear that the government is obliged to cancel the request for security assistance from the international coalition fighting ISIS because of the end of military operations in Iraq and the achievement of victory.
It is noteworthy that Parliament’s decisions differ from the laws, as they are not binding on the government.
In turn, the Iraqi News Agency reported that the House of Representatives voted on a parliamentary decision of 5 measures, and raised its session to next Saturday.
For his part, urged Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi in his speech to Parliament to take the necessary measures to end the presence of foreign forces as soon as possible. Abdul-Mahdi said: "Despite the internal and external difficulties that may face us, but it remains the best for Iraq, in principle and in practice."
Representatives had previously flocked to Parliament in an extraordinary session devoted to discussing the cancellation of the security agreement with the United States of America and ending the work of the international coalition in Iraq, especially after the recent American strike targeting the commander of the Quds Force in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Qassem Soleimani, and leaders of the Popular Mobilization Iraqi, targeting their convoy at dawn Friday near Baghdad airport.
And Iraqi parliamentary sources mentioned to Al-Arabiya and Al-Hadath channels that the quorum of the extraordinary session was completed in the presence of 170 deputies, knowing that the Sunni and Kurdish blocs announced earlier boycotting the session.
While the parliament hall witnessed a state of chaos, after a dispute occurred between the speaker of parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, and his deputy about whether the quorum was completed or not.
Al-Halbusi, shortly after his arrival in the council, attended a meeting of some leaders of the political blocs in an office with his first deputy, Hassan Al-Kaabi.
Commenting on the said meeting, Hassan Salem, a member of the House of Representatives for the "Sadikoun" parliamentary bloc (loyal to Qais Khazali) said that consultations are continuing with the political forces to come up with a unified decision regarding the American presence.
Simultaneously, the US-led international coalition announced the suspension of operations for training Iraqi forces and fighting against ISIS, due to "a commitment to protect Iraqi bases hosting the coalition forces."
"Our top priority is to protect all coalition soldiers committed to the task of defeating (ISIS)," the coalition said in a statement. Repeated missile attacks over the past two months by members of the Hezbollah Brigades have killed Iraqi security forces and an American civilian.
"As a result, we are fully committed to protecting Iraqi bases that host coalition forces," the statement added. This limited our ability to carry out training missions with partners and support their operations against (ISIS), and therefore we have suspended these activities and the matter is under constant review. ”
Al-Tamimi: Canceling agreements with America has economic and security implications for Iraq

Baghdad / newsletter:
Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi said, on Sunday, that the removal of American forces from Iraq does not need a parliamentary review and is within the authority of the government, stating that there is confusion between the strategic framework agreement with the United States and the agreement to enter American forces.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to "Al-Ikhbaria" that "the entry of American forces, so let Iraq be organized according to two different agreements, one of which is called the strategic agreement, and the second is the entry of American forces during 2014 to fight ISIS."

He added, "The removal of American forces does not require a parliamentary review, but rather a government request from the United States, and it will be activated according to an agreement."
He explained that "the American forces entered Iraq in accordance with Security Council Resolution No. 866," noting that "canceling the strategic agreement has a major economic and security impact on Iraq." 05-01-2020 11:39 PM
America: the terrorist era has ended
Foreign Secretary Pompeo.
Sunday 05 January 2020
Iran: We will refrain from any reckless and hasty response.
Simply put, the era of America's pursuit of terrorists has ended," said US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo yesterday, Saturday, commenting on the killing of the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Qassem Soleimani with a military operation in Baghdad.
This came in an interview with the US Secretary of State with "Iran International Arab" to comment on the American operation that led to the killing of Soleimani. He said that Soleimani was at the center of all events, adding that 6 million people were displaced in Syria, and the tragedy we saw in Iraq was (Soleimani) amid the spider web and now he is gone. He added, "We watched Soleimani and his forces in the Revolutionary Guards and his proxy forces in Iraq ... We found that they are participating in stressful activities that threaten the lives of Americans."
On the demonstrations in Iraq and Lebanon, Pompeo said that the Lebanese and Iraqi people are not demonstrating against America, and they want freedom to prevent their governments from corruption, they want to live. In the same vein, Pompeo stated that the Europeans were "not helpful" to the extent that the United States had hoped for Soleimani's killing in Iraq.
He added: «Then came the conversation with our other partners elsewhere and it was not good. Frankly, the Europeans weren't as useful as I would have liked. ”
"The British, the French, and the Germans must realize that what we did, what the Americans did, saved lives in Europe as well," Pompeo said. He added, "This was a good thing for the whole world, and we urge everyone in the world to stand by what the United States is trying to do, which is simply pushing the Republic of Iran to follow the behavior of a normal country."
Pompeo had previously said on Friday that Soleimani was planning an imminent act threatening US citizens when he was killed in the raid.
On the other hand, the chief spokesman for the Iranian armed forces, Abu Al-Fadl Shukharji, confirmed yesterday that "Iran will refrain from any impulsive and hasty response" to the killing of the commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps in a US raid. Shikarji added in an interview with the Iranian "Mehr" news agency: "But the revenge will be according to the demands of the Iranian people."
"We have the right to respond to this crime," he stressed. And certainly Iran will respond to this terrorist operation, ”according to his description.
Shkarji also considered that "in the event of any war in the region, its main torch is Washington ... and it will get a severe blow that will make it regret it."
In a related context, the Mehr News Agency quoted the Deputy Commander of the Revolutionary Guards, Brigadier General Ali Fadawi, as commenting on the message that the United States delivered to Iran through the Swiss Chargé d'Affairs to Tehran, whose country takes care of US interests in Iran.
Fadawi said: "The official American message requested that the size of the Iranian response not exceed the ceiling of Soleimani's revenge only." He added, "Washington cannot determine the form, nature and ceiling of the Iranian response after Soleimani's assassination."
For his part, Mohsen Rezai, the secretary of the Expediency Council in Iran, said: “We promise that our revenge will be so severe that no other country would dare commit such acts,” commenting on Soleimani’s death.

In response to the Iraqi parliament .. Trump threatens Iraq with harsh sanctions .. We will not leave until they pay the cost of an air base
US President Donald Trump has threatened to impose sanctions on Baghdad after demanding the Iraqi parliament to end the foreign presence in Iraq, adding that if his forces leave, Baghdad must pay Washington the cost of an air base there.
Trump said in press statements, reported by news agencies, that if Iraq called for the departure of US forces and that this was not done on a friendly basis, "we will impose sanctions on them that they have never seen before ... Iran's sanctions will be a small thing next to them."
"We have an air base there that is exceptionally expensive. It took billions of dollars to build it long before I came, we will not leave unless they pay us its cost," Trump added.
The Iraqi parliament voted on Sunday in favor of a resolution committing the government to remove foreign forces from the country, canceling the security agreement with the United States, and canceling the request to assist the international coalition led by Washington in combating terrorism.
The Iraqi decision comes against the background of the assassination of the commander of the Quds Force in the Revolutionary Guards, Qassem Soleimani, and the deputy commander of the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, with an American strike last Friday, while Iran vowed a harsh and destructive response to the assassination.

Abdel-Mahdi had a telephone conversation with French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, during which the latter conveyed a message from French President Emmanuel Macron to Abdel-Mahdi on the relations between the international coalition led by the United States and Iraq.
In his message, Macron called on the Iraqi authorities to devote more time to discussing the future of the relationship in the context of respecting Iraq's sovereignty.
The Iraqi Prime Minister stressed, during the parliament session today, Sunday, that "the most correct and appropriate option is the withdrawal of foreign forces from the country," noting that it has become difficult for Baghdad to protect these forces.

Today, the Iraqi parliament has warned US and other foreign military forces to leave Iraq as anger grows over the killing of a prominent Iranian military commander in a US air strike in Baghdad and fears of a widening conflict in the Middle East.
In the midst of a war of words between Iran and the United States, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that his country will target any Iranian decision-makers that choose them in the event of any other American targets or interests being attacked by either the Iranian forces or their proxies.
Qasim Soleimani, commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps, was killed last Friday in a strike by a US drone on his convoy at Baghdad airport in an attack that took long-term hostility between Washington and Tehran to another level unparalleled and increased the possibility of a wider conflict in the Middle East.
As the two countries exchanged threats, the European Union, Britain and the Sultanate of Oman urged both sides to make diplomatic efforts to defuse the crisis.
Today, the Iraqi parliament approved a resolution calling on the government to end the presence of all foreign forces in the country, which reflects the fears of many in Iraq that the American strike would plunge them into a major war between two powers greater than their country, which has been raging for a long time in Iraq and across the region. As the two countries exchanged threats, the European Union, Britain and the Sultanate of Oman urged both sides to make diplomatic efforts to defuse the crisis.
Parliament said that "the Iraqi government has an obligation to end the presence of any foreign forces on Iraqi soil and prevent it from using Iraqi land, water and air for any reason."
Parliament decisions differ from laws in that they are not binding on the government, but it is likely to be adhered to, as Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi called earlier to end the presence of foreign forces.
Despite decades of hostility between Iran and the United States, Iranian-backed fighters fought alongside American forces during the Iraq war against ISIS between 2014 and 2017.
Iranian-backed faction fighters have been incorporated into government forces under the umbrella of the Popular Mobilization Forces, whose engineer the commander was.
About 5,000 US troops remain in Iraq, most of which are on advisory missions.
The parliament’s decision was taken today by a majority of Shiite representatives, as most of the Sunni and Kurdish representatives boycotted this special session.

Qasim Soleimani
The killing of Qassem Soleimani, the commander of the Iranian Quds Force, was only a continuation of the assassination approach that the United States began decades ago to get rid of its opponents, and turned the killing of enemies really granted by Washington to itself (and its ally Israel) while criminalizing it on other countries when the matter conflicts with its interests.
Over the past decades, the United States has targeted a number of figures who have been at the forefront of its list of enemies headed by al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden who was targeted in a raid by the US Naval Forces Sills in Pakistan in 2011, and ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who was filtered in a way Similar in Syria last October.
However, the killing of Soleimani differs from other targeting operations, according to the Washington Post, where analysts warned that the assassination of the Iranian military commander on Friday put the United States and the Middle East in a dangerously unprecedented position.
"The killing of Soleimani represents a completely different level of escalation," said Anthony Cordesman, an expert with the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Usually, after the targeted killing of militants, the most worrisome is a brief escalation of fighting or some kind of limited retaliatory attacks against the US military.
However, after targeting Soleimani, the United States may face retaliatory responses from Iran that constitute possible cyber attacks.
Besides bin Laden and al-Baghdadi, Washington killed an American-born al-Qaeda operative Anwar al-Awlaki in a drone strike in Yemen, and this was the first known case of tracking the United States and killing one of its citizens with a Drone plane abroad.
Three years later, according to The Washington Post, the US Court of Justice published a secret memo that specified the legal justification for the US government to kill al-Awlaki, his ties to al-Qaeda that made him within the scope of a military force approved by Congress in the aftermath of the September 2001 attacks.
Cordesman compares the killing of al-Baghdadi and bin Laden to the assassination of Soleimani, and says that their killing was in the context of an ongoing operation against an extremist movement that had no state as its main supporter.
Soleimani was not the first Iranian to be targeted for murder. Between 2010 and 2012, four Iranian scientists associated with Tehran's nuclear program were killed.
In 2008, Hezbollah leader Imad Mughniyeh was killed in Syria, and he was closely linked to Iran as well.
But Soleimani was a heavyweight figure in Iran and in the Middle East.
And if Iran chooses to respond, as one analyst says, there are many ways that may result in chaos to come.
A legal expert determines the fate of the strategic framework agreement between Baghdad and Washington after the US raid
12:15 - 01/06/2020
Baghdad _ Mawazine News
Legal expert Mohammed al-Samarrai said that the terms of the strategic framework agreement can only be modified with the consent of the two parties and that their abolition entails financial obligations to Iraq.
Al-Samarrai said that after the conclusion of the strategic framework agreement between Iraq and the United States of America through the issuance of the ratification law in 2008. The agreement has become a law in force and cancellation and amended only by law.
And he clarified that if the will tends to cancel the agreement, then this is by canceling the ratification law, and that is by sending the bill by the government to the parliament to do its part by voting by majority.
"Then a written notice will be sent by the Iraqi government. To the government of the United States of America with its desire to cancel the agreement. He indicated that the agreement can be considered null after one year after the date the notification was received."
He went on to say, "As for amending the terms of the agreement, it will be in accordance with the will of both parties and in accordance with the legal and constitutional frameworks as well."
He concluded by asserting that "canceling the agreement entails handling financial and technical consequences and obligations and paying those financial dues, which are very large, but most of their details are unknown or secret."

The text of the speech of Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi in the House of Representatives
In the name of of Allah the Merciful
Honorable Speaker of Parliament, respected representatives, brothers and sisters, respected members of the Council
Peace, mercy and blessings of God
I console myself and support you and the Iraqi people and the world with successive convoys from the martyrs offered by the homeland and its children, the last of which are the few martyrs who fell during the past few days after the sinful aggression they were subjected to. I belong to God, and to Him we shall return.
I will try to summarize to summarize your esteemed council the recent events and repercussions that we have come to and the position to take. In the first part, I will deal with a quick sequence of events, in the second the legal basis for the presence of American forces, and in the third part the decision to be taken and its repercussions, with recommendations and conclusion
First: About the development of events
It is no secret that the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America are tense and its implications on the Iraqi scene. I do not speak before 2003, but I speak only after 2003. Despite that, there were periods when the two parties supported the positions of the Iraqi government, as in the period of the constitution approval, legislative elections, support for the political process, and so on. Rather, the two parties - all of its location - fought against terrorism, ISIS, and support for the Iraqi armed forces to achieve a final victory in 2017.
In April 2018, and the exit of the United States from the nuclear agreement, the tension between the two sides increased. In November 2018, almost 10 days after the formation of the current Iraqi government, the first package of sanctions against Iran began.
This government declared that it is not part of the sanctions regime nor is it part of any system hostile to the United States or other friendly countries. The government also announced that the popular crowd that was born out of the war against ISIS and whose beginning was the famous reference fatwa, which consists of 100% of Iraqi elements, is part of the Iraqi security system. Orders were issued to start a broad organizational process. Whoever wants to become a political force must give up arms. And whoever wants to be part of the armed forces, he must give up his loyalties to any partisan and political party other than abide by the official military establishment and the commander-in-chief of the armed forces.
We did not assume that the order would be implemented immediately and by everyone, but the overwhelming majority complied with the matter and we continued to try with the protesters. And for history, I say that the martyr Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis played on a number of occasions a positive role in controlling some of them and not committing violations that are not acceptable to the law.
After what happened to the nuclear agreement, the United States became more and more radical with Iran, and began to put forward a policy with us and others with us (either with me or against me) and there is no other matter between them. To be sure, this is a difficult situation for Iraq to adopt. Despite explaining our position repeatedly to American officials for months, in full candor, clarity, and at the highest levels, all of this only led to an increase in doubts and suspicions. The United States' view of Iraq has become, in many things, part of its policies towards Iran, and is increasingly dealing with Iraq’s files from the point of view of its conflict with Iran, although we have started to strengthen our relations with all neighboring countries not only with Iran but also with countries far from Iran and friendly to the United States Like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Kuwait, Turkey, Emirates, Qatar and other countries as well. And we began to feel a decline in confidence between us and the American side, as long as we are outside the sanctions regime against Iran, and we do not agree with many of its policies inside or outside Iraq, in compliance with the ministerial curriculum that gave your esteemed council confidence in this government.
Doubts and attempts to doubt have increased with every news of a missile landing or aggression on an Iraqi military base in which coalition forces are present. Despite this, the security in the country was constantly improving, as did the battle against ISIS, the barriers were raised, the green was opened, and American diplomats and officials went to public places and restaurants in full security and freedom, and the government maintained its full obligations. But with heightened tension and a series of bombings in the crowd’s warehouses in the summer of 2019, the American side told us that some of them were carried out by Israel. Political, security and psychological shipment also increased with the start of the demonstrations on October 1, 2019, which are the events that led to the submission of the government's resignation on November 29 2019.
The US government has issued several warnings that endangering its forces will lead to a direct reaction to the act and whoever is behind it .. After the incident of missile strikes in the vicinity of Baghdad airport and the number of wounded Iraqis on December 27, 2019, then the incident (K1) (27 / 12/2019) And the death of an American contractor and the fall of a number of wounded Iraqis, American planes from outside Iraq carried out an attack on the Brigades 45 and 46 crowds in Qaim, which resulted in large numbers of martyrs and wounded. The Iraqi government refused the attack after being informed by the US Defense Secretary of the US unilateral decision minutes before the bombing was carried out, and we warned that such actions would have violent and uncontrollable reactions, which was explained in the official statements that denounced all these actions, regardless of The party that did it.
