Iraqi President: We will choose an interim Prime Minister if the stalemate continues

Thursday, January 30, 2020

Iraqi President Barham Saleh said on Wednesday that he would choose an interim prime minister if political parties were unable to choose an alternative to Adel Abdul-Mahdi by February 1.
Prime Minister Abdel-Mahdi resigned from his post in November under pressure from popular protests, but he continued to perform his duties temporarily.
Iraq has seen mass protests since October 1, and protesters, most of them young men, are calling for a system they consider to be largely corrupt, as it has left most Iraqis in poverty.
More than 450 people were killed during the demonstrations.
Saleh said: “If the concerned blocs are not able to resolve the nomination order by no later than next Saturday, I see an obligation to exercise my constitutional powers by assigning those whom I find most acceptable to parliament and people, and within the framework of the outcomes of the consultations that I conducted during the last period with political forces and popular activities.”
Saleh called on the competing political factions to resume talks and agree on a candidate.
He said: "I call on the parliamentary blocs concerned with the nomination of the Prime Minister to resume constructive and serious political dialogue in order to agree on a new candidate for the presidency of the Council of Ministers that enjoys popular approval and submit it to the Presidency of the Republic in order to issue the order of assignment."
The deadline set by the Iraqi president is the latest sign that the Shiite political parties that dominate the Iraqi parliament have failed so far to overcome their differences and choose a new prime minister acceptable to the protesters.

30-01-2020 12:13 AM
Baghdad / newsletter:
On Wednesday, independent politician Muhammad al-Aqili confirmed that the political indicator in the Shiite house does not help the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, in choosing the next prime minister.
Al-Okaili said in a televised statement, followed by "Al-Akhbaria", that "all hypotheses indicate that the country has returned to square one after the next prime minister could not be chosen."
Al-Ugaili added that "President of the Republic Barham Saleh will not delegate a prime minister without recourse to consensus," noting that "the escalation of the street will not threaten political blocs and the only offense is the street itself."
He continued, "The Construction Alliance called on the President of the Republic to wait to choose the Prime Minister to reach the final consensus," noting that "there are political forces benefiting from the collision on the street."

He continued: "There is a lot of talk that some Democrats will vote with the Republicans on the dismissal trick, so that the Senate can return to work to care for the American people once, but Chuck Schumer will not let that happen!"

The Iraqi president gives political blocs three days to name a new prime minister

January 30, 2020
Baghdad - Agencies: Iraqi President Barham Saleh yesterday warned the political blocs that he will name a new Prime Minister, succeeding Adel Abdul Mahdi, who resigned last December, if the political blocs did not submit their candidate within three days.
In a letter addressed to the parliamentary blocs, Saleh said: “If the concerned blocs cannot resolve the nomination order by no later than the first Saturday of February, I see an obligation for me to exercise my constitutional powers by assigning those whom I find most acceptable to parliament and people.”
The caretaker Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi submitted his resignation last December, after two months of anti-government protests that witnessed bloody violence.
But he continued to do business temporarily, as political parties failed to agree on an alternative.
The Iraqi constitution provides, in the natural case, for the largest parliamentary bloc to be nominated as a candidate for prime minister, within 15 days of the legislative elections. Then the President of the Republic assigns the Prime Minister to form his government within one month.
But the Iraqi constitution does not mention in its articles the possibility of the Prime Minister's resignation. Consequently, the 15-day period has passed since Abdul-Mahdi's resignation.
Any candidate will need approval from the divided political blocs, the supreme Shi'a religious authority, and Iran and its enemy the United States, in addition to the rising street for nearly four months.
In late December, Saleh announced his readiness to submit his resignation, after he refused to present the pro-Iranian coalition candidate, Basra Governor Asaad Al-Eidani, to the post of prime minister to parliament, considering him a "polemical" figure.
Saleh added in his message yesterday, Wednesday, that Iraq faces "dangerous political junctures", calling for "the resumption of constructive and constructive political dialogue".
He continued: «We believe that the biggest node lies in reaching reasonable limits to agree on the new candidate for the presidency of the Council of Ministers, and certainly that the continuation of the current situation is impossible and warns of great danger and greater complexity».
Demand protests continue, in which the younger generation is the active factor, despite the repression and violence that have killed more than 480 people, the vast majority of them demonstrators, since the outbreak of the demonstrations on October 1, in Baghdad and cities in the south of the country.
The protesters are demanding early elections based on a new electoral law, the naming of a prime minister, the accountability of those responsible for the bloodshed of demonstrators and the trial of the corrupt.

Saleh gives politicians until Saturday ... and hints at choosing a prime minister

Observers say that the conditions of political forces aim to keep Abdel Mahdi
Thursday - 5 Jumada II 1441 AH - January 30, 2020 AD No. No. [15038]
Baghdad: Hamza Mustafa
The Iraqi President, Barham Salih, surprised the political blocs in his country by granting them until the day after tomorrow (Saturday) to choose a new prime minister, who would be acceptable from the street, or he would nominate a prime minister temporarily, as stipulated in the constitution.
Saleh said: “If the concerned blocs are not able to resolve the nomination order no later than the first of February (Saturday), I think I have to exercise my constitutional powers by assigning those whom I find most acceptable to parliament and popularly, and within the framework of the outcomes of the consultations that I conducted during The last period with political forces and popular activities ».
Saleh called on the competing political factions to resume talks and agree on a candidate. He said: "I call on the parliamentary blocs concerned with the nomination of the Prime Minister to resume constructive and serious political dialogue in order to agree on a new candidate for the presidency of the Council of Ministers that enjoys popular approval and submit it to the Presidency of the Republic in order to issue an order to assign."
The deadline set by the Iraqi president is the latest sign that the Shiite political parties that dominate the Iraqi parliament have failed so far to overcome their differences and choose a new prime minister acceptable to the protesters.
Prime Minister Abdel-Mahdi resigned in November, under pressure from popular protests, but he continued to perform his duties temporarily.
The president's move puts the political blocs baffled by the uncommon "this insurgency" in a system built on harmony in everything. While the political blocs insist that the parliamentary system severely limits the powers of the President of the Republic in favor of broad powers for the Prime Minister, the Iraqi constitution according to Article 66 states that "the executive authority consists of the President of the Republic and the Council of Ministers."
Although the influential blocs found themselves implicated in this article, which makes the position of head of state the second pillar of the executive branch, it took precautions for them by blocking legislation on the powers of the President of the Republic.
It seems that Saleh greatly expanded the margin granted to him according to the constitution, so he began to act as head of state with broad powers, carrying with him permanently a copy of the Iraqi constitution, raising it in the face of everyone who wanted to circumvent it, saying: “I am the guardian of the constitution.”
In this context, Iraqi politician Athil al-Nujaifi told Al-Sharq al-Awsat that "the best solution to the Iraqi situation lies in changing the course of the political process in a correct direction, which is accepting fair elections supervised by the international community, convincing the street that there is a real change in the political faces that are able to The exchange of power according to a sound approach, recycling and replacing people, ”indicating that“ if the government does not succeed in holding the upcoming elections, quickly and fairly, the situation in Iraq will go to dangerous intersections and may allow direct international intervention to rearrange the situation in Iraq in a completely different way. ”
In response to a question about whether the Sunnis and the Kurds have a role in the Iraqi political decision, whether by choosing the prime minister or in other areas, Nujaifi says that «there is in fact no role for the Sunnis and the Kurds in the Iraqi political decision that was specifically singled out by the Shi’ite religious blocs and thus is the one that drives everything And impose what you want, "ruling out that" these parties return to the method of national partnership with others, because recklessness and haste are the dominant feature in political action and government decision, which necessitates the abdication of others. "
For his part, member of the Iraqi parliament, Abdullah Al-Kharbit, affirmed that the new conditions imposed by political forces to choose the prime minister aim to keep Adel Abdul-Mahdi in office. Al-Kharbait added that «there are new conditions for some political forces to obtain a pledge from them before being formally mandated, on some issues, chief among them the issue of removing foreign forces or continuing the security agreement, which is rejected by most of the candidate names, and it may be difficult to find a political figure who accepts the imposition Dictations on her, especially before assuming office.

The day after 16 European and Western countries condemned the use of excessive violence against demonstrators
Clashes between protesters and security forces in Baghdad yesterday (AP)
Baghdad: Fadel Al-Nashmi
The government of resigned caretaker Adel Abdel-Mahdi appears in a valley, mobility groups, local and international human rights organizations, and even the international community, in another valley, in terms of the angle in which each looks at the way the security forces under the leadership of Abdel-Mahdi have pursued with protesters and demonstrators and the number of victims from The dead, the kidnappers, and the injured that fell among their ranks. And while Abdul-Mahdi insisted in his speech last Tuesday in front of his cabinet, that his government deals with the demonstrators in a "paternal" way and adheres to the rules of engagement with them, the Harak groups mocked this and described it as "lying and misleading."
However, the arrows of criticism and skepticism directed at the government and its president are not limited to the movement groups, and extend them to include a wide range of local and international human rights organizations, given the high numbers of victims among the protesters provided by local and international human rights organizations, which amounted to 26 thousand cases, ranging from killing, wound to disability Kidnapping and assassination. In the latest statistics on the numbers of demonstrators, assassinations, and abductions of demonstrators and journalists during the past weeks and months, the Independent Human Rights Commission announced the documenting of 171 cases of kidnapping, assassination and assault of journalists, which accompanied the demonstrations.
A member of the Human Rights Commission, Fadel Al-Gharawi, said in a statement issued yesterday that “the assassination attempts, kidnapping and assaulting the demonstrators are a flagrant violation of the human right to life and safety and a restriction of freedom of opinion, expression and peaceful protest, and that the Commission has documented 49 cases and assassination attempts and 72 kidnapping attempts involving demonstrators, activists and bloggers since the first day For demonstrations ». "Through its monitoring teams, UNHCR has documented 50 cases of assaulting journalists by beating, threatening, inhaling tear gas, attacking many satellite channels, breaking equipment, and preventing media workers from taking their role in covering the demonstrations," Gharawi added.
The Ministry of Interior closed the office of the satellite TV channel "Tigris", which was active in covering the protest activities, and on the same day, masked media professor at Al-Mustansiriya University, Muhammad al-Quraishi, supporting the protests, was assassinated. Al-Gharawi called “the government and security forces to take effective measures to protect demonstrators and journalists, preserve their lives, pursue the unknown parties that are trying to muffle their mouths, bring them to justice, and promote the exercise of freedom of opinion, expression, and peaceful demonstration of all sides away from any threats to the lives of protesters, activists, and journalists.”
The statistics of the new human rights commission came the day after 16 European and Western countries, including Britain and the United States, condemned the continuing violence in Iraq and demanded that the Iraqi government respect the right to protest and reveal those involved in the killing of the demonstrators. A joint statement, issued yesterday, by the ambassadors of Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States condemned the "use" Excessive and deadly force by the Iraqi security forces and armed factions against peaceful demonstrators since the 24th of this month, including the demonstrators of Baghdad, Nasiriyah and Basra ».
The statement added that "despite the guarantees provided by the government, the security forces and armed factions continue to use live ammunition in these locations, which led to the killing and wounding of many civilians, while some protesters are subjected to intimidation and kidnapping." The ambassadors of the countries called on the (Iraqi) government to respect the freedoms of assembly and the right to peaceful protest as stipulated in the Iraqi constitution, and the demonstrators to preserve the peaceful nature of the protest movement. The statement added that the ambassadors are calling on the government to ensure reliable investigations and accountability regarding more than 500 deaths and thousands of wounded protesters since October 1.”

Washington is looking for a dialogue with Iraq to establish a full strategic framework for relations

Baghdad hopes to expand the role of NATO as an alternative to the US-led coalition

Thursday January 30, 2020

The United States' Special Envoy for Syria, James Jeffrey (dpa)
London: «Middle East»
The United States hopes to discuss the full strategic framework for its relationship with Iraq soon, while ambiguity still surrounds the fate of the military mission there after a strike by a drone plane killed Qassem Soleimani, commander of the Quds Force, the external arm, said James Jeffrey, the US special envoy to Syria. Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
The Iraqi parliament voted in favor of a request to withdraw the 5,000-strong American forces after the January 3 strike on a US march plane in Baghdad that killed Soleimani and an Iraqi leader from a powerful pro-Iranian armed faction. Washington suspended some of the activities of its military forces in Iraq, which were called there again in 2014 as part of a mission to combat the terrorist "ISIS" organization in Iraq and Syria, and three years after its withdrawal.
"We are looking forward to sitting down and having extensive discussions with the government on the full strategic framework for relations in the near future," Jeffrey told Reuters. He stated that the US-led coalition operations are still stalled in Iraq at a time when the focus is on protecting the forces and holding talks with the Baghdad government on the way forward.
Jeffrey said the United States supports the possibility of NATO playing a role in Iraq and Syria in the future. When asked about the timeframe of the talks with the Iraqi government, he added, "Nobody is rushing anything ... We are very interested in the NATO process through which he will see what additional role he can play." He added that the last week had not witnessed a rise in ISIS activities in Iraq or Syria, but the activities are still at a worrying level.
For its part, Iraq is considering the possibility of giving the North Atlantic Treaty a bigger role at the expense of the international coalition led by the United States, according to what Iraqi and Western officials confirm to Agence France-Presse.
Iraqi and Western officials have begun discussions about changes in the coalition’s role, fearing to destabilize the event of a rapid withdrawal, according to local officials and diplomats. "We are engaging with coalition member countries, France, the United Kingdom, and Canada, on a range of scenarios," said Major General Abdel Karim Khalaf, the military spokesman for the prime minister. "The main thing is the absence of combat forces and the non-use of our airspace," Khalaf told AFP. Two Western officials said Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi asked them to "formulate some options." These options were presented directly to the Prime Minister.
The options included the formation of a coalition not led by the United States, a revised mandate setting out coalition activities, or an expanded role for separate NATO missions in Iraq. The Canadian-led NATO mission was formed in 2018 and includes about 500 soldiers training Iraqi forces. But even this force has suspended its missions since the US strike. But the international coalition formed in 2014 has about 8,000 soldiers in Iraq, the majority of whom are Americans. Khalaf reminded that heading to a greater role for NATO was one of the many options being discussed.
A Western official said that the "NATO option" had obtained initial approval from the prime minister, the army, and even factions hostile to the United States. "I expect things to end with a kind of compromise, with a smaller headline with a different title," the official said. He added, "The Americans will continue to be able to fight (ISIS), and Iraqis can claim the expulsion of (the United States)." It is expected that the different options will be presented during Wednesday (yesterday) meeting between Iraq and NATO in Amman, and again next month with NATO defense ministers. But the Western official pointed out that "there are estimates from the Europeans that the United States should agree to what will happen next."
Abdel-Mahdi called, after the parliament’s vote, the United States to send a delegation to Baghdad to discuss the withdrawal, which was rejected by the American State Department. US President Donald Trump has said he wants NATO to play a greater role in the region.
His special envoy to the coalition, James Jeffrey, hinted last week that there was a shift, although he said the talks were at "a very early stage." "Therefore, there may be a shift, at some point, by default, between the number of forces listed under NATO and the number of forces in the framework of the international coalition," he told reporters on January 23.
NATO, which renews its mandate annually in Iraq, insisted that its role include training only. A NATO official said there was "no discussion" of a combat role. "There have been discussions between the allies and many contacts between NATO and the Iraqi government during the past two weeks," the official told Agence France-Presse. Since the announcement of Iraq "victory" on the "ISIS" organization, the coalition has focused, at the end of 2017, on air strikes against sleeper cells and the remaining remnants of the organization. Early last year, the coalition prepared plans to withdraw troops from Iraq, according to two US military officials. They pointed out that a simple presence would definitely be able to continue to put pressure on ISIS.
One official said there was pressure to "accelerate that plan", in the wake of escalating tensions between Iran and the United States. American interests in Iraq have been subjected to more than 20 missile attacks since October (October), which killed an American contractor and an Iraqi soldier. Although the attacks were not adopted by any party, Washington holds the pro-Iranian factions responsible. The International Alliance and NATO earlier this month halted operations and withdrew hundreds of individuals from bases in Iraq. In turn, the Iraqi forces filled the vacuum left by the withdrawal of those forces, and assumed control and air strikes after years of the coalition taking the initiative. "This is an actual reduction," said the senior US official. As an experimental stage, ”he added, adding,“ This is what we are ultimately seeking. "We are looking at what it would be like if we were not here."

Broad agreement on a candidate for prime minister of Iraq .. And Maliki objects

January 30, 2020

Sources for Al-Hurra reported that Iraqi party leaders and parliamentarians agreed on Wednesday to nominate former Minister of Communications Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi for the post of prime minister.

The sources indicated the approval of the leader of the "Saeron" coalition, Muqtada Al-Sadr, the leader of the Al-Fath coalition, Hadi al-Amiri, former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and the head of the al-Hikma Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, to nominate Allawi to succeed Adel Abdul-Mahdi.

The sources revealed that Allawi's selection to head the government has been met by a reservation by former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and head of the State of Law coalition.

The sources indicated that if the discussions took place in a positive manner, it is possible to announce the name of the candidate officially before the deadline set by the President of the Republic expires on Friday evening.

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, had given three days to the political blocs to nominate a new prime minister to succeed Adel Abdul Mahdi, who resigned last month.

Saleh said in a letter addressed to the parliamentary blocs Wednesday, "If the blocs concerned cannot resolve the nomination order no later than the first Saturday of February, I see an obligation to exercise my constitutional powers by assigning those whom I find most acceptable to parliament and people."

The Iraqi president’s move comes after the failure of the main Shiite blocs in the Iraqi parliament to agree on a candidate who has been accepted by the rising street since October 1 to demand early elections and the enactment of a new electoral law, the naming of a prime minister, and accountability for those responsible for the bloodshed of demonstrators and the trial of corrupt people.

Abdel-Mahdi submitted his resignation last December, after two months of anti-government protests that witnessed bloody violence that killed more than 500 people and wounded about 25 thousand wounded.

In the natural case, the Iraqi constitution stipulates that the largest parliamentary bloc be nominated as a candidate for prime minister, within 15 days of the legislative elections, and then the President of the Republic shall assign the Prime Minister to form his government within one month.

On December 20, the supreme Shiite cleric, Ayatollah Ali Sistani, called for the formation of a new "non-controversial" government capable of holding early elections "away from the power of arms and external interference."

Article:   "Parliament Finance:  The draft budget law will be sent by the Council of Ministers on April"  ...why is it important to know what's going on with the budget?  The country of Iraq has never approved a budget this late before.  Every year for the last 11 or 10 years they've typically had the budget done...and...passed the budget off to Parliament by December...they typically finish February to March.  This is the first time in their history that in 11 years that I've actually ever seen them delay a budget until April.  That's very significant.  IMO that's telling us they are waiting until after the rate change.  Remember the budget itself will not contain a rate but it's pegged to the rate.  That's why they have to wait...

1-29-2020   Newshound Guru Adam Montana   I don't have an RV date to give you. But I do believe that towards the end of this week, we're going to have a reasonable amount of information to use in making such a prediction.  And I also think it's going to be extremely favorable.  Time will tell if I'm right...and there are some of you who are going to reap some amazing benefits.  [post 3 of 3]

1-29-2020   Newshound Guru Adam Montana   The barriers that have kept an RV from happening are being eroded, and quickly. I know, that's not what is in the headlines...but that's what is really going on.  Where we are today, then, is on the cusp of some serious change...The facts are right in front of us - we have never seen this kind of change, and it's happening on top of everything else that Iraq has accomplished.  Will we see a new Prime Minister this weekPossibly yes! There may be one final attempt to slip in someone with Iranian backing, but that will fall on it's face, and my prediction is that the people are going to get what they want. As that happens, Iran's grip on Iraq is going to be severely weakened, and things are going to happen.  Fast.  [post 2 of 3....stay tuned]
1-29-2020   Newshound Guru Adam Montana
The big news going on right now in Iraq is the impending selection of a Prime Minister. Over the years, we have witnessed a series of Iraqi politicians that were really Iranian puppets...they were not looking out for Iraq. As of last October, there has been a major shift in Iraq. The people protested, rioted, and demanded change. The face of their demands was simply to improve their lives, but the heart of the matter comes down to removing the Iranian factors. This is the main reason there is no Prime Minister in the place of Mahdi already.  ...between the Iraqi's recent protests, and a bit of US and other outside influences, the Iranian factor is being whittled down.   [post 1 of 3....stay tuned]

I feel like with what I’ve heard between the weekend and today  and where I think we’re going this week and the time frames that I’ve been given so far – I feel very good about where we are and where we’re going... “It’s Coming” and It’s Coming Sooner Than We think”...

The developments of the candidate for prime minister .. Allawi's return to the interface and a rapid movement tonight

1/29/2020 21:05
[Baghdad-where]

The chances of the prime minister's candidate, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, returned again after they were hampered last week when he approached the assignment.

An informed political source said in a press statement, "There has been a consensus that occurred between the Al-Fatah coalitions and others that occurred during the past few hours to submit the name of the candidate [Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi] to the President of the Republic in order to assign him to form a new government."

He added, "The Alliance of Saireon started the political movement tonight on the rest of the poles of the political process, especially the Shiites, to discuss re-nomination of Allawi again."

He continued, "It is expected that the name Allawi will be formally sent later in the night to the President of the Republic to be assigned within the next two days."

Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi was strongly named as a candidate for the presidency of the transitional government next week, but he was excluded hours before his official assignment, the President of the Republic Barham Salih travel to Switzerland and his participation in the Davos conference.

Allawi said yesterday in a tweet on his account on Twitter that he would not take over as prime minister "unless he has a primary role in saving the country from destruction and collapse."

And the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, called in a message today to the political blocs to resume constructive and serious political dialogue in order to agree on a new candidate for the presidency of the Council of Ministers that enjoys popular approval and submit it to the Presidency of the Republic in order to issue the order of assignment.

"If the concerned blocs are not able to resolve the nomination order no later than Saturday, February 1, 2019, I see an obligation to exercise my constitutional powers by assigning to those whom I find most acceptable both parliamentary and popular, and within the framework of the outcomes of the consultations that I conducted during the last period with political forces and events," he said. SPEAKER SPEAKER: We will vigorously challenge any candidate who does not take into account positions

1/29/2020 18:30
[Baghdad-where]

A spokesman for the Iraqi Forces Alliance revealed the condition of the alliance to accept the candidate to head the next government.

In response to the names proposed for the prime minister's office, Faleh Al-Issawi said in press statements, "We have no objection to the names that have been put forward to take over as prime minister, succeeding Adel Abdul-Mahdi, who resigned."

He pointed out, "We will object to the candidate strongly in the absence of a national balance in the matter of ministerial portfolios and high positions according to the constitution."

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, called in a message addressed to the parliamentary blocs, today, Wednesday, concerned with the nomination of the Prime Minister, to resume constructive and serious political dialogue in order to agree on a new candidate for the presidency of the Council of Ministers who enjoys popular approval and submit it to the Presidency of the Republic in order to issue the commission order.

The President of the Republic has also given the relevant parliamentary blocs the decision to nominate the candidate to the next Saturday, February 1, 2020. In the event that the matter is not resolved, he will exercise his constitutional powers by assigning to him who finds him the most acceptable representative and popular, and within the framework of the outcomes of the consultations he conducted during the last period with the political forces And popular events.

Al-Issawi responded to the House of Representatives decision to exit foreign forces from Iraq by saying "the country is not managed by one party regarding early elections and the exit of the coalition forces," noting that "those affected by the exit of these forces are the western provinces that witnessed security disasters and terrifying displacement due to ISIS terrorist gangs."

In what he considered the United States of America as "a supportive partner for the Sunni component in the return of the displaced and the building of the liberated provinces," saying that "it is her credit to us because it gave us power after the removal of Saddam's regime."

Al-Issawi described the parliament’s decision to leave the coalition forces from Iraq as "strategic", noting that he "torpedoed the national partnership for 16 years," calling on the political blocs to "take into account other components and governorates that are still suffering from the ISIS threat."

A spokesman for the Iraqi Forces Alliance concluded, "The decision has been passed and will be applied, and it is legitimate; but it is not binding and it came at the wrong time."

On January 5, the House of Representatives voted on a parliamentary decision of 5 measures that obliges the government to cancel the request for assistance from the international coalition to fight ISIS terrorist gangs, led by the United States of America.

The decision also included asking the government to work to end the presence of any foreign forces on Iraqi soil, and to prevent them from using Iraqi lands, water, and air for any reason, in addition to requesting the Foreign Minister to go urgently to the United Nations and the International Security Council and to submit a complaint against the United States of America, due to It committed serious violations and violations of the sovereignty and security of Iraq.

As for the final clause of the text of the parliament’s decision, he called on the government to investigate the circumstances of the American bombing and inform the House of Representatives of the results within seven days of the date of the decision, which is valid from the date of voting on it.

01/29/2020 21:43
[Baghdad-where]

Doctors have reached the causes of a permanent complaint of a US citizen that lasted for several months.

Tests revealed the presence of a tapeworm inside the brain of the man named Gerardo, who had been stable for 10 years.

Gerardo suffered his first health problems with the worm last year, when he was fainted during a football match.

Doctors succeeded in removing the worm from Gerardo's brain, with precise surgery.

Doctors pointed out that the worm entered Gerardo's body when he ate a non-cooked pork meal in Mexico, 10 years ago.

The man said that he was feeling intense pain that was causing him to sweat from his strength, as well as constant vomiting, which is a rare condition, according to the doctors' description.
