"At the beginning of the session, the Council voted on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Land Transport Agreement of 1975 submitted by the Foreign Relations, Services and Reconstruction Committees, with the aim of facilitating international road traffic for transport operators and their agents through the movement of goods subject to customs seals with a simple, cost-effective system and limiting Delays at border crossings and the passage of shipping containers and vehicles in international trade for the purpose of joining the Land Transport Agreement of 1975.
The council resumed voting on the proposal of the health insurance law submitted by the Health and Environment Committee, while postponing the vote on a number of articles of the law until it was agreed upon in coordination with the executive authorities.
