The Council of Ministers approved the recommendations of the Ministerial Council on Energy on the following:
A-Project of the Iraqi-Jordanian crude oil export pipeline.
B) Project for the establishment of an industrial island for the export of crude oil in the Iraqi territorial waters.
The Council of Ministers approved the installation of general managers in state institutions in accordance with the provisions of Article (58) of the Federal Budget Law for the fiscal year 2019.
The request of the Ministry of Construction and Housing included the establishment of a permanent pedestrian bridge in the area of the creations in the schedules of the investment plan of the ministry.
The Council approved the exception of the Ministry of Education from the Cabinet of Ministers' book on economy and allow it to refer the contract of providing educational supplies to the General Company for the production of educational supplies.
The second amendment to the Road Law No. 35 of 2002 was approved again by the Council of Ministers.
The meeting witnessed approval of the theme of improving the business and investment environment.
The Council voted on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the 1997 Protocol amending the 1973 International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships as amended by its 1978 Protocol.
The Council of Ministers also approved the measures taken on the loan of the Iraqi Bank for Trade for the purpose of completing the financing of the projects of Samawa and Dhi Qar - the simple cycle.

We must not allow terrorism to settle again, and we must stand together for the reconstruction, the return of displaced people, the reconstruction of cities, the promotion of coexistence and the achievement of justice. We must unite and stand against sectarianism, the chaos of arms, the disintegration of groups and the will of the foreigner.
