3-17-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni  Folks need to understand, Iraq is not going to raise the value of their currency arbitrarily.  If it goes up in value it will be because the world helped Iraq rebuild and prosper.  New central bank article today calling on the politicians to stimulate the real sectors of the country putting pressure on the CBI.  This is what I have been saying all along!

3-16-2019  Newshound Guru larrykn   they have raised their currency one time since they were put of the artificial rate that went from 3000 to 1200...they have floated with the dollar since then.  once they go into Art 8 and come out to the world...that all will change...

3-16-2019   Newshound Guru chattels   [So,will the GOI be completed today?]  Parliament adjourned until the 23rd the last that I saw/read.

3-16-2019   Intel Guru MarkZ  ...If things play out like we think…..maybe 800 numbers on Sunday Night. ...Banks do want you all to exchange with them so they will be anxious to have you come in and exchange with them. I feel they will give you the best rates possible to keep you with them. Remember if anything big happens I will come back and let you know...   [post 2 of 2]
3-16-2019   Intel Guru MarkZ   ...Remember Trump had said he wanted the reset in the first quarter of 2019…which is almost over.    [does potus press the button for the rv to start No he does not- Is he in charge of making sure the US is prepared? Yes.  [So Trump and Warren Buffet have dinar?]  Yes…and if anyone thinks you are crazy – point this out that 2 of the most knowledgeable investors around think this was a solid investment. [You still think we wont pay taxes on our exchanges?]  I defiantly still think there will be no taxes on the exchange.  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

3-16-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni   ...substantial investment will cause pressure on the CBI. This is why the CBI needs a tool to counter such. That tool is the a liberal exchange rate regime (float) to allow the gradual appreciation of the currency to offset such pressure.   ...look at the bigger picture...Iraq needs investors/investment ...billions of dollars to rebuild, create a market economy.  That will create economic pressure and the solution to that is to raise the value.   [post 2 of 2]
3-16-2019   Newshound Guru Kaperoni    Iraq needs to complete the government and parliament needs to pass the laws before it can open up to investors/investment.  Nobody coming otherwise.   [Can all of that be done in a short time?]   Sure if they decide to do it.  But they have shown they are lazy and don't want to accomplish much.  Time will tell...and pressure is on them to open the economy.  [post 1 of 2....stay tuned]

3-16-2019 Intel Guru MarkZ My guess is reset this weekend and 800 numbers this weekend and exchanges to start Tuesday through Thursday. [After we RV will there be time to buy currency that will be in the 2nd basket before it RV's?] Absolutely- I plan on investing in the second basket...some of those countries are just not ready yet. [Have we ever been this far in the process so far?] Hell No we have never been this far before...exciting things are happening all over...I am still 99 % sure it will happen this month… We have never been this close… I am 99.9 sure we will see it this month...

Thirty-one years ago, pure bodies were scattered here and there, silent breaths in the streets and alleys of Halabja, and others who struggled to survive, adhering to their love for their homeland, and to peace and freedom, bearing all the hardships and suffering.

There is no guilt for our people in Halabja and the rest of the other regions of Iraq that have been oppressed and oppressed, except that they lived under the authority of an arrogant regime that abrogated all laws, heavenly laws and human rights. The inevitable result was the demise of this despicable dictatorship that destroyed the country and destroyed it economically.

Halabja reflects today the will of steadfastness, the will to advance, the will to rebuild, and represents a living memory that can not be forgotten by the fair and a motive for the free to allow the return of authoritarian and dictatorial regimes again, so that the Iraqis enjoy the fruits of this country and live together in peace and love and harmony, Together to build and build a promising future for our country.

Today, as we recall the sacrifices of this city, which has become a symbol of the struggle against injustice, a channel of peace and a source of love and harmony, we recall the crimes committed against our people in the south from mass graves in Mahaweel, Basra, Samawah, Anfal, Karamyan and Bhdidan.

Do not forget the memory of this occasion, which has been engraved on souls and the memory of all honorable people, sad and painful memories, to emphasize the need for the justice of this city and its people, and to compensate the families of the martyrs and to honor them for their great sacrifices and to meet their legitimate demands, especially those who have been displaced and burned houses.

Property, as well as the rehabilitation of nature and the environment destroyed, as a result of these heinous criminal acts.

We renew our call to the international community, the United Nations and the humanitarian organizations within it to exert more efforts to provide support and support for this steadfast city and its inhabitants, to establish effective and specialized courts and to activate legal legislation to limit the spread and use of internationally prohibited weapons. To receive their just punishment.

The crime of bombing the city of Halabja will continue to stand before us and witness a renewed trend through history for future generations. It reflects the suffering of the Kurdish people and the suffering of all Iraqis with an unjust regime.
