Therefore, they will need to meet the needs of both brothers, imo. ...We also should know by now that investors that trade internationally and by the same international standards, typically trade in quality and not at "Sub Par". By means of not redistributing these 3 zero notes over and over again during payrolls, they essentially were able to collect nearly 2/3 of them and get them out of circulation. Conflicting news about the arrest of Nofal Akoub in Arbil
Nineveh-Iraq Press - April 22: Nineveh province police denied reports that former governor Nawfal al-Aakoub was arrested.
This came after news of the arrest of Aakoub, who faces charges of financial and administrative corruption.
The MP in the Iraqi parliament Shirwan Aldubardani, said, on Sunday, that "the authorities of Erbil arrested the governor of Nineveh Nawfal al-Akoub."
"I have been in the grip of the Kurdish forces," Dupurdani said in remarks carried by local Sama al-Mosul television channel, without giving further details.
But Ninewa police quickly denied the reports.
"There is no truth to what some media and social networking sites have fought over the news of the arrest of former governor Nawfal al-Aakoub," she said in a brief statement.
Broad controversy

The ferry, which was carrying about 200 people, sank in the Tigris River in Nineveh province last month, killing more than 120 people.
The judiciary in Iraq issued several arrest warrants against the occupier resident in Erbil, but the Iraqi authorities have not been able to arrest so far.
Al-Akeoub confirmed that he "acted as governor", denying the accusations against him of negligence and negligence on warning warnings to tourist and commercial establishments near the river of the Tigris River's water levels, and expressed his readiness to appear before the courts.

He added that "the Iraqi government also has a great responsibility towards this file, as it did not seek during the last period that saw negotiations with Kurdistan to open the file of the sovereignty of the authority to eliminate all land, and the need to return wanted, this imbalance by the government, which began to delay This issue, and could negotiate with the region to return wanted and settle this file politically. The government of Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi remains "incomplete" despite the fact that six months have passed since its formation. Four portfolios remain «Defense, Interior, Justice and Education» vacant due to problems between the political blocs.
In return for this internal stalemate, Iraq continues to make progress on its foreign relations. In Cairo, a trilateral summit was held with Egyptian President Abdelfattah al-Sisi and Jordanian King Abdullah II. In Baghdad and Riyadh, agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed with Iran during Iranian President Hassan Rowhani's visit to Iraq last March and with Saudi Arabia during Abdul-Mahdi's visit last week. Iraqi President Barham Saleh has also made successful rounds of tours to several neighboring countries in which he declared that Iraq is no longer part of the Axis policy. As for the speaker of the young parliament Mohammed Halbousi has recently been able to hold a summit of the heads of parliaments of the six neighboring countries of Iraq also counted the most important successes achieved by the parliament externally at a time unable to resolve the internal committees of the parliamentary committees as well as dozens of bills.
This contrast between what is considered an external success versus an internal failure expressed by prominent Iraqi clerics and politicians recently. The leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr, who disappeared from the political scene for several months again returned to criticism of the political system through Twitter on Twitter account, the last of which was the twitter in which the current Iraqi state counted as a failed state plagued by corruption.
For his part, said the former Minister of Water Resources, Mohsen al-Shammari, that «mafias in the country is still stronger than governments and controls its decisions». Shammari said in a statement to Asharq Al-Awsat that "the survival of the mafias with the same strength so far and the weakness of governments will result in an imminent collapse of the political system because of its complete separation from the issues of the people and go into chaos in the absence of alternatives." He added that «mismanagement and the absence of censorship is still present in the government and the Prime Minister must address the negative phenomena and the need to select competencies from the electronic window as promised», noting that «the current political system is uttering its last breath». "The quasi-politicians are fighting to keep the right side of the equation and raise slogans to fight the left side and the Iraqi people under the knives of terrorism and the ditches of corruption."
On the other hand, political leaders in the country are trying to get out of this bottleneck at a time when the indicators of talk towards the disintegration of the blocs and the possibility of going to the opposition by other blocs take the character of the declaration and hint at another time. In this context, President Barham Saleh held meetings with a number of political leaders in the country in order to crystallize a unified position on controversial issues. In the same context, met with the leader of the Fatah alliance Hadi al-Ameri with the leader of the stream of wisdom, Ammar al-Hakim for the same goal, while not yet announced any result of talks conducted by the two largest blocs in the Iraqi parliament currently are «Surun» led by Sadr, belonging to the bloc of reform and reconstruction and «conquest» led Ameri belonging to the construction block.
While Shi'ite-Shiite conflicts over the Interior Ministry's position have prevented Sunni agreements on defense, education and the Kurds from being the justice minister, thinking about going to the opposition is still just one of the messages. "It is clear that there are blocs in reform that are working on their own now and that they are understanding with the rest at a time when we see that our presence in the opposition is better at this stage," said the leader of the coalition, Athil Nujaifi, told Asharq Al-Awsat. We are trying to resolve this issue soon, where we see that our survival in the opposition is the best »indicating that« there are now trying to prevent this issue because they believe that the opposition will affect them a lot and therefore try to give anything to participate in the government while the reform process needs To reconsider with a tendency to go to the opposition.

And on the relationship between «reform» and «construction», says Nujaifi: «There is a great understanding between the (conquest) and (Suron), but there is a lack of clarity where there are parties within (reform) to understand with the parties within (construction) and this affects the understanding with the blocks And therefore we want things to be clear so that there is a solution to this issue ».
"All the alliances that were formed after the 2018 elections are characterized by fragility," said Haidar al-Mulla, a leader of the reform coalition. "These alliances were conducted according to criteria and principles that differ from all the understandings that formed alliances from 2003. To 2018 », indicating that« previous alliances were based on the Shiite triangle - Sunni - Kurdish and was seeking to create a Shiite umbrella for all Shiites and a Sunni umbrella for the whole year and a Kurdish umbrella for all Kurds and within all these umbrellas there are internal understandings but does not depart from the constants », "After the 2018 election new standards and new umbrellas appeared V sectarian and ethnic frameworks and new understandings girl Iwtrha national project in general. » "The question that arises here is: Are the convictions of all those who fall under these umbrellas are believers? The truth is that the answer is negative, "pointing out that" we are on the foundations of new alliances from purely sectarian space to national spaces. "
