BAGHDAD - The second session of the Saudi-Iraqi Coordinating Council will be held in Baghdad on Wednesday, in a step that will deepen the great rapprochement between the two countries and serve their efforts to create a wider area of bilateral cooperation and common interests in several fields. And promising.
These efforts serve Baghdad's direction to overcome the cold state that characterized Iraq's relations with its Arab surroundings during the past decades. This is reflected in the political discourse and practical efforts of the new Iraqi government led by the May elections, led by Iraqi President Barham Salih and Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi.
On the Saudi side, these efforts reflect the Kingdom's determination to return strongly to the Iraqi arena through the gate of economic interests and to compete with Iran's strong influence in that arena.
On Tuesday, Riyadh announced a large Saudi delegation to visit Iraq, headed by Minister of Trade and Investment Majid bin Abdullah al-Qasabi.
The delegation also includes ministers of culture, environment, energy, industry, education and Gulf affairs, as well as representatives of bodies and institutions represented by the Interior, Foreign Affairs, Finance, Media, Investment, Education, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Intelligence, Saudi Fund for Development and the State Security Presidency. It also includes representatives of the King Salman Relief Center and a high-ranking delegation from Saudi companies.
The composition of the delegation reflects the most important areas in which Saudi Arabia wants to focus in establishing its new relationship in Iraq. The two main issues are the economic and security fields and their close interrelationship, considering that the security problems in Iraq are in some aspects developmental problems. The decline in the standard of living of its citizens and the weakness of services provided by the state are the soil for the growth of extremism and the movement of terrorist organizations, such as Al-Qaeda and Al-Qaeda.
After a nearly four-year war, Iraq managed to defeat an al-Qaeda organization and end its control over areas and cities, most notably Mosul.
However, the war has left enormous devastation in the areas where it has taken place, and its population has been disrupted by the displacement of millions of its inhabitants, thousands of whom are still outside their homes awaiting the reconstruction of their areas, a difficult and costly process.
Reconstruction represents an ideal gateway for Saudi Arabia and other wealthy Arab countries to return to Iraq and compete with Iranian influence, which is based mainly on political and sectarian ties whose importance is clearly declining among the vast majority of Iraqis seeking security, stability and development.
It is expected that the Saudi delegation will meet on the sidelines of the meeting in Iraq with President Barham Salih, Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, and Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi.
The Saudi-Iraqi Coordinating Council held its first meeting in the Saudi capital of Riyadh in October 2017. The Council aims, according to the official letter accompanying the announcement of its establishment, to "promote bilateral relations in all fields to new horizons and coordinate bilateral efforts to serve the interests of both countries. Protecting common interests and developing their strategic partnership ".
Relations between the two countries were severed in the wake of Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in the early 1990s, and resumed in the wake of the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime in 2003. But they were shy because of Saudi Arabia's reservation to Iran's growing role in Iraq, Former Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Abadi.

A new way to change the shape of the nose through a small needle
2019/4/2 17:00
[Baghdad-where]
Doctors have discovered a new way to change the lives of many people, as they will be able to change the shape of their nose to do so easily, by a small needle without surgery or anesthesia.
Many people suffer from the deviation of the cartilage of the nose, which affects the shape, but the fear of undergoing surgery is a frightening concern for them.
The new technology depends on changing the shape of the cartilage by exposing it to electrical charges by a small needle, the BBC reported.
The cartilage is rubbery, and consists of "small threads" of protein, called collagen, linked together by other small proteins.Because of the flexible cartilage, doctors say it is possible to change its shape through the electrical charge, then stop it and leave it for minutes to hold together and maintain its new shape permanently, according to Dr. Michael Hill.
It is noteworthy that this technique has not yet applied to humans, but it is a big leap in the world of beauty

US publications in Iraq: $ 25 million to head Baghdadi

April 2019 3

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - US aircraft have dropped leaflets on towns in the province, including pictures of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, a leader of the al-Qaeda organization, and a $ 25 million reward for those who report his whereabouts or can kill him, Iraqi police said.

US aircraft dropped leaflets on Upper Euphrates and nomadic areas in the Anbar desert and towns bordering Syria, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. The pictures included the leader of the terrorist organization, Ibrahim Awad al-Badri, known as Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

A colonel in the Iraqi police station in Anbar province told Al-Arab Al-Jadid that "tens of thousands of al-Baghdadi and his name, and non-Iraqi phone numbers connected to the US-led coalition room, were scattered from the sky today, And the Anbar and the desert of Anbar to the Iraqi border with neighboring countries. "

An Iraqi colonel: the international coalition has enough information that al-Baghdadi lives and is hiding in areas inside Iraq.

"The leaflets bore the word that al-Baghdadi is safely hiding away from death and destruction, which means that the international coalition has enough information that he is alive and hiding in areas inside Iraq," the colonel said on condition of anonymity.

According to the Iraqi officer in a telephone conversation with the "new Arab", "the northern regions of Iraq border with Syria, received similar publications today also."

In the context, said a member of the Council of Qaim Mohammed Karbouli, the "new Arab", "The International Alliance to develop areas likely to have Baghdadi inside Iraq, and is currently looking for him and recruited dozens of customers in his favor."

"The Iraqi forces are working to track down any trace of it, but there seems to be an American interest in making statements about the capture or killing of al-Baghdadi," he said. Washington for clear political objectives. "

Dozens of local residents in the city of Hit saw a meal and wet west of Anbar, collecting and distributing pictures of al-Baghdadi after many fell on rooftops and residential buildings. \

"Here, Baghdadi and his gang committed the most heinous crime," said Ayham Abdullah, a resident of Hit, the new Arab, pointing to a main street that leads to the municipality building: "Here they killed dozens of young people under the pretext that they renounced Islam. With him. "

The fall of the city of Mosul, however, "calling" in 2014, the collapse of cities in northern Iraq and the West, and the threat of the capital Baghdad, resulting in the killing and injury and loss of at least 300,000 Iraqi civilians, and the fall of about 80 thousand dead and wounded from the Iraqi army, Popular "and" clan "fighters.
